Orders & delivery
Orders placed before 2 pm are delivered the same day. Later orders arrive the next day.
Delivery is free on orders over $50. Smaller orders pay a flat $4.99, shown before checkout.
Contact us before 2 pm on the day of delivery and we will update it if the order has not been packed yet.
Fresh food & refunds
Tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will refund the item or send a replacement.
They travel in insulated bags with cold packs so they stay at the right temperature.
Unopened pantry and household items can be returned within 14 days. Fresh and frozen food is refunded, not returned.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are encrypted.
No. Card details go straight to the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
